ROLE: AGILE DEVELOPER

ABOUT THE PROJECT

SnapBot is a chatbot developed for Snapper, a Wellington contactless electronic ticketing company, as part of SWEN302, an Agile development course. SnapBot is a Facebook chatbat that allows users to get information about the next buses using their location or bus stop codes. It also can suggest the nearest places to top up your Snapper card and suggest FAQs.

The project was built using NodeJS, PostgreSQL and hosted on Heroku. The team consisted of five developers: myself, Matt Byers, Luke Riley, Daniel Yska and Mitchell Coad.
